I will do everything possible to resolve my issues related to offering products to customers. If we cannot fix the problems, customers may choose to switch to another company that better meets their needs.

 

How Does the Process of Purchasing Artwork for a Book Work?

• Step 1: Visit the www.joytimmonsdesigns.com/shop.
• Step 2: Select the artwork(s) or book(s) you want to purchase.
• Step 3: Click the "Buy Now" button to purchase the artwork or book.
• Step 4: Complete the payment process at https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/transfer/homepage. 
• Step 5: Once you complete the process, click the "Submit" button.
• Step 6: You will get a receipt by email after this process.
• Step 7: You will get the artwork sent to your email.

 

Payment Method Policies

I accept credit, debit, PayPal, or prepaid payment methods. If you pay for designs with a credit, debit, PayPal, or prepaid payment method, please send the payment via PayPal to joymtimmons15@gmail.com or use the "Buy Now" button on the "Shop" page. If you pay for designs in cash, please wrap the money in a piece of paper, tape it up, and send the payment to Joy Timmons at https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/transfer/homepage. If there is an insufficient credit, debit, PayPal, or prepaid payment, you will be charged a $20 overdraft fee and must pay with any of these payment methods. After you pay for the artwork or book, you will receive a receipt via email. Ensure you keep the receipt in case you must return the product.

Payment Process

How do I send money?

You can send money to me via PayPal email at https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/transfer/homepage. 

• Step 1: Log in to your PayPal account or app. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up for one. 
• Step 2: Enter the recipient's name, PayPal username, email address, or mobile number
• Step 3: Type the amount you want to send
• Step 4: Enter the amount you want to send, choose the appropriate currency, and you can also add an optional note. 
• Step 5: Select the "Paying for Item or Service." 
• Step 6: Click the way you want to pay and click "Next" button
• Step 7: Review the information and click the "Send Payment Now" button to submit payment.

Please Note: You will receive a receipt and the artwork or book in a .JPEG, .PNG, or .PDF, Hardcopy or Other Formats.

Refund Policies

No refunds are given for sending digital files of the art design or book at any time. 

Delivery & Shipping Policies

Once you purchase the artwork online, you will receive a digital file(s) of the artwork in your email. I plan to have the mailing address of this gallery in the future. No shipping fee is required for the delivery of designs online. 

Return Policies

You can request another artwork or book file by contacting me at joymtimmons15@gmail.com or 301-259-1107 at no cost to you if these item files are damaged or corrupted.
